Zapping the brain to fix lost memories?

NCT ID NCT07271524

Summary

This study aims to understand if gently stimulating a deep part of the brain can help improve navigation and memory problems in people who have had a traumatic brain injury. Participants will play a virtual reality game to test their memory while receiving either real or placebo brain stimulation, and their brain activity will be recorded. The goal is to learn how the brain works after injury and how stimulation might affect it, not to provide a direct treatment.
