Summary

This study is testing whether gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation can help people with insomnia fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. Researchers are enrolling 1,000 adults to try different stimulation methods during overnight sleep or short naps. The goal is to see if this technology can improve sleep quality without medication.
