Summary
This study is testing whether stimulating two specific brain areas with magnets can reduce hand tremors in people with essential tremor. Participants with shaking that isn't controlled by standard medications will receive five sessions of either real or fake brain stimulation. Researchers will measure whether this approach provides lasting improvement in tremor severity and quality of life.
