Summary

This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can increase blood flow to the brain. It aims to see if this improved blood flow can help people with certain brain vessel conditions who are experiencing problems with memory and thinking. The study will measure changes in blood flow, cognitive test scores, fatigue, and quality of life.
