Zapping brains for better focus and calm: a 5-Day experiment

NCT ID NCT04123496

Summary

This study tested if a short, intense course of non-invasive brain stimulation could improve mental performance and help people bounce back from stress. Thirty-eight healthy adults received up to ten magnetic stimulation treatments per day for five days. Researchers measured changes in memory, attention, and stress resilience to see if this accelerated approach was effective.
