Summary

This study tested whether a gentle electrical headband device could reduce anxiety symptoms in young adults with generalized anxiety disorder. 130 participants aged 18-21 used either a real or fake version of the device at home daily for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in anxiety levels and quality of life to see if the treatment helped.
