Summary

This study is testing a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment called IR-TMS to see if it can help people with alcohol use disorder reduce their drinking and cravings. Participants receive multiple magnetic stimulation sessions targeting specific brain areas, along with brain scans and blood tests to measure alcohol use. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard treatments and to identify brain signals that predict who might relapse.
