Summary

This study is testing whether a non-drug brain stimulation technique called iTBS can help reduce impulsivity in Veterans with ADHD. The treatment uses magnetic pulses to target brain areas involved in self-control. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and acceptable to Veterans, and if it can improve symptoms and daily functioning.
