Summary

This study looks at whether a special type of brain stimulation, combined with aerobic exercise, can improve thinking and walking ability in older adults who are both frail and have mild memory problems. About 45 people aged 60-90 will take part. The goal is to find a better way to help older adults stay independent and sharp.
