Summary

This study aims to find brain patterns that predict how well antipsychotic medications will work for people experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Researchers will scan the brains of 120 young patients before and after 12 weeks of standard medication treatment. The goal is to identify brain markers that could help doctors choose the most effective medication sooner for each individual.
