Summary

This study aimed to understand how the brain responds to tasty food, like milkshakes, to learn more about what might make some people more vulnerable to obesity. Researchers used MRI brain scans on 187 young adults while they looked at pictures of milkshakes and then took sips. The goal was to gather knowledge about the brain's reward system, not to test a treatment.
