Scientists scan brains to predict who will beat depression
NCT ID NCT07420322
Summary
This study aims to understand how a non-invasive magnetic brain stimulation treatment works for depression. Researchers will give 100 patients a standard 4-week treatment course and perform multiple brain scans before, during, and after treatment. The main goal is to find patterns in the brain scans that can predict early on which patients will respond well to the treatment and which might relapse later.
