Scientists scan brains to predict depression treatment success
NCT ID NCT07294924
Summary
This study uses special brain scans to understand how people with depression respond to magnetic stimulation therapy. Researchers will scan 100 adults—some receiving depression treatment and some healthy volunteers—to look for brain activity patterns. The goal is to gather research information that might help predict treatment outcomes in the future, but this study won't change anyone's current treatment plan.
