Summary

This study aims to understand how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a type of talk therapy, helps middle-aged adults with depression. Researchers will use brain scans to see if CBT improves mood and thinking skills by changing how the brain works. The study will enroll 30 participants to learn more about the brain's role in depression treatment.
