Summary
This study looked at how certain brain rhythms (alpha and beta waves) influence our ability to feel touch. Researchers used brain scans, EEG, and mild magnetic pulses (TMS) in 39 healthy adults to see if changing these rhythms could alter touch perception. The goal was to better understand the brain's role in sensing touch, not to treat any disease.
