Summary

This study looked at how certain brain waves (theta and alpha) help us control what we remember. 71 healthy adults did memory tasks while getting mild brain stimulation and having their brain activity recorded. The goal was to understand how different parts of the brain work together during memory tasks, not to treat any disease.
