Zapping the brain to curb binge eating cravings

Summary
This small study tests whether a therapy called rTMS (repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation) can reduce food cravings in adults who binge eat. Eight participants will receive six treatments, and brain scans will check for changes in reward pathways. The goal is to understand how the treatment works and if it safely eases cravings.
