Summary
This study aimed to test whether using a special brain oxygen monitor during surgery on infants under 6 months old could help prevent dangerously low oxygen levels. The monitor uses light through the skin to measure brain oxygen without being invasive. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
