First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study uses MRI scans to track brain changes in 40 adults with major depressive disorder who are receiving transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy. Participants will have three MRI scans over six weeks to monitor how the brain responds to treatment. The goal is to better understand the brain changes linked to TMS, not to test a new treatment.
