Summary

This study tests whether a special PET/MRI scan can tell the difference between active tumor and harmless treatment-related changes in people with brain metastases. About 30 adults who have had radiation and are on immunotherapy will get a single 3-hour scan session. The goal is to improve how doctors detect remaining cancer after treatment.
