Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs (ibrutinib, rituximab, and lenalidomide) for adults with lymphoma that had returned or stopped responding to treatment in the brain or spinal cord. The main goal was to find the highest safe dose of this combination. Researchers also looked at whether the treatment could help control the cancer and extend the time before it got worse.
