New drug duo tested in fight against tough brain cancers

NCT ID NCT05681195

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, zanubrutinib and pemetrexed, can help control brain lymphomas that have come back or not responded to previous treatments. It will involve about 15 patients to first check safety and then see how well the treatment works to shrink tumors and control the disease. The goal is to find a new option for people who have run out of standard treatments.
