Zap and squeeze: can brain and leg tech speed up runner recovery?

NCT ID NCT07333404

Summary

This study is testing two recovery methods for older male runners after a 10-kilometer run. It will see if using a mild brain stimulation device, leg compression sleeves, or both together helps muscles recover faster, improves mental focus, and reduces fatigue. Thirty-five trained runners will try all four recovery options in different orders to find out which works best.
