Summary

This study tested whether adding two medications, Cerebrolysin and Amantadine sulfate, to standard ICU care could help people recover better from a serious traumatic brain injury (TBI). It involved 150 adults with moderate to severe TBI. Researchers measured changes in consciousness, disability, and overall recovery over six weeks to see if the drug combination led to better outcomes.
