Brain injury breakthrough: scientists map how damaged brains relearn
NCT ID NCT07191197
Summary
This study aims to understand how people with memory problems from specific brain injuries can still learn new facts and information. Researchers will work with 150 participants who have memory disorders and use MRI brain scans along with memory tests to identify what brain areas and strategies help with learning. The goal is to gather knowledge that could eventually improve rehabilitation programs for people with memory impairments.
