Smartphone alerts aim to boost brain recovery after injury
NCT ID NCT06604000
Summary
This study is testing a training program called Goal Management Training (GMT) to help people with brain injuries improve their thinking skills, like planning and organization. Researchers want to see if adding smartphone reminders for homework or an extra booster session months later makes the training more effective. The study involves 116 adults who are at least one year past their brain injury and are experiencing ongoing thinking problems.
