Summary

This study aims to understand how brain inflammation relates to Alzheimer's disease and Lewy body dementia using specialized PET scans. Researchers will scan 125 adults aged 60 and older to measure inflammation and see how it connects to memory problems and other disease markers. The study is testing a new imaging tracer called C-11 ER176 to see if it safely and effectively shows inflammation in the brain.
