Summary

This study is testing whether a special type of brain scan called [18F]-DPA-714 PET can detect inflammation in the brain of people with autoimmune encephalitis. Researchers will compare brain scans from 40 patients with autoimmune encephalitis to scans from healthy people. The goal is to see if this scan can help doctors diagnose this challenging brain condition more accurately.
