Summary
This study is testing a 6-month lifestyle program designed to help prevent memory decline in adults aged 60 and older who are at higher risk for dementia. It compares a supervised, structured version of the program to a self-guided version. The program includes guidance on nutrition, physical exercise, brain training, social activities, and managing heart health risks.
