Summary

This study tested whether playing online brain-training games could help people develop healthier eating habits. Researchers worked with 630 overweight or obese adults to see if improving mental decision-making skills would lead to better food choices. The goal was to help participants naturally choose more fruits and vegetables while reducing less nutritious foods.
