Summary
This study aims to better understand how conditions like bipolar disorder and major depression affect a person's thinking, memory, and social understanding. Researchers will compare 180 participants, including patients, their relatives, and healthy volunteers, using detailed tests. The goal is to learn how these 'thinking skills' are linked, which could one day help improve care and quality of life for people with these conditions.
