Summary
This study looks at how severe brain injury affects dopamine, a chemical important for consciousness. Researchers will use special PET scans and MRI to compare brain images of people in a coma, those who have recovered, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to understand why some people wake up and others don't, which could lead to better treatments.
