Summary
This study tests a new therapy that uses a brain-computer interface to control spinal stimulation, helping people with incomplete spinal cord injury improve their walking. The therapy is non-invasive and aims to boost leg strength, walking speed, and balance. The trial enrolls 12 adults aged 18-70 who are at least 6 months post-injury.
