Mind-Over-Matter tech tested to help MS patients regain movement
NCT ID NCT07472556
Summary
This study is testing a wearable headset that lets people with multiple sclerosis (MS) use their thoughts to control exercises in a virtual reality environment. The goal is to see if this brain-computer interface, combined with standard therapy, is better than standard therapy alone at improving arm and hand function. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity, hand dexterity, and fatigue in 40 participants over several months.
