Summary
This study tests a device called mindBEAGLE that reads brain waves to help people who are unconscious (due to brain injury) answer simple yes/no questions. About 40 participants will wear a cap and sensors while learning to associate vibrations or tones with answers. The goal is to see if this tool can be used during daily rehab to improve communication and care.
