Summary
This study uses PET brain scans to measure cannabinoid receptors in healthy volunteers and people with conditions like schizophrenia, cannabis dependence, PTSD, and opioid use disorder. The goal is to understand how these receptors differ across conditions and over time. Participants may have one or more scans, and cannabis users will be scanned after smoking as usual, after 48 hours of abstinence, and after 4 weeks of abstinence.
