Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new drug called olaparib to the standard radiation and chemotherapy treatment can better control aggressive brain tumors that cannot be fully removed by surgery. It aims to find the safest dose and see if this combination helps patients live longer. The trial is for adults aged 18-70 with a specific type of high-grade glioma.
