Summary

This study is for adults newly diagnosed with a specific type of brain tumor called an oligodendroglioma. It aims to find out if starting with a newer combination of chemotherapy drugs (CETEG) and delaying radiation therapy is better than the current standard treatment of radiation followed by chemotherapy (PCV). The main goal is to help patients live longer while also maintaining their brain function, physical abilities, and quality of life.
