Summary

This study is testing a new combination treatment for children and young adults whose brain tumors have come back. It adds a targeted radiation drug, delivered directly into the fluid around the brain, to standard chemotherapy. The main goals are to see if this approach helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse and to check if it's a practical treatment option.
