New Three-Pronged attack on deadly brain cancer

Summary
This study is testing a combination of three drugs—pembrolizumab, olaparib, and temozolomide—to see if they can help control recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor that has returned after initial treatment. The trial will enroll about 78 adults whose cancer has come back once or twice. The approach aims to boost the immune system, damage cancer cell DNA, and prevent repair, all at the same time.
