Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new oral drug called ERAS-801 in adults with a specific type of recurrent brain cancer (glioblastoma). The main goals are to check the drug's safety and see how it affects the tumor's energy use. Participants take the pill daily for a short time before planned surgery to remove the tumor, and then continue taking it afterward.
