NCT ID NCT06254326

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a personalized treatment for adults whose oligodendroglioma, a type of brain tumor, has come back or gotten worse. Doctors will use a patient's own tumor and immune cells to create a custom vaccine and immune cell therapy, given alongside standard cancer drugs. The main goals are to see if this complex treatment can be reliably made and if it is safe for patients.
