Summary
This large study is testing a new, less invasive procedure for treating a severe type of stroke caused by bleeding in the brain. It compares a precise surgery to drain the blood clot using a special drug against standard medical care. The main goal is to see if this approach helps more people recover with better function and independence six months later.
