Race against time: can early brain surgery save stroke patients?

Summary
This study aims to determine whether early minimally invasive surgery to remove blood from the brain leads to better recovery than standard medical care alone for patients with deep brain bleeds. Researchers will compare outcomes in 600 patients aged 18-70 who receive either surgery within 24 hours of symptoms or intensive medical monitoring and treatment. The goal is to help doctors know which approach works best to improve patient recovery after this serious type of stroke.
