Scientists try to record and restore your 'Good Mood' brain state
NCT ID NCT07252011
Summary
This study is exploring a new technology that aims to help people shift their mood. Researchers want to see if they can record brain activity from a person's 'good mood' day and then use that recording to help guide the person's brain back to that same state on a later 'bad mood' day. They are recruiting 60 adults who experience significant ups and downs in their mood to test if this 'backup and restore' approach is possible.
