Summary
This study is creating a large registry to track and compare different treatment approaches for a rare type of bulging artery in the brain. It will follow 2000 patients to see if watchful waiting, stents, or other devices work best to prevent stroke or rupture. The goal is to find clearer treatment guidelines for this unpredictable condition.
