New device trial aims to seal off dangerous brain bulges

Summary

This study is testing the early safety and feasibility of a new medical device called the LuSeed Aneurysm Embolization System for treating unruptured brain aneurysms. The device is designed to be placed inside the aneurysm to block blood flow and prevent rupture. Up to 30 eligible patients at European medical centers will participate in this initial evaluation.
