Massive study aims to find best device for sealing off brain bulges

Summary
This study is collecting and comparing real-world results from thousands of patients who have had a brain aneurysm treated with a special implanted device. The goal is to see which of two main device types—stents that divert blood flow or mesh plugs that fill the aneurysm—works better and more safely. Researchers will look at how well the aneurysm seals off, complication rates, and patient recovery.
