Summary
This study looks at how different types of exercise change oxygen levels in the brain and leg muscles of people with COPD. Researchers will compare 60 participants (COPD patients and healthy volunteers) using special light-based sensors during walking, strength, and breathing exercises. The goal is to learn which exercises are safest and most effective for personalized pulmonary rehab.
