Scientists scan brains to unlock secrets of MS aging
NCT ID NCT06221631
Summary
This study aims to understand how multiple sclerosis affects brain aging by comparing advanced MRI scans of 200 people—half with MS and half healthy. Researchers will measure brain age using special imaging techniques and see how it relates to symptoms like walking difficulty, fatigue, and memory problems. The goal is to create better tools for tracking MS progression, not to provide direct treatment.
